File uploads and sharing
The files and uploads for projects are only shared by invitation.
Unless the project manager chooses solicit bids in the open market, the files are only viewed by those invited to that project.
Each project is managed individually and can have different viewers and team members. If the project is for open bid, everyone in the network will be able to view the project files and submit a bid.
